Activities: Our naturalist guide Hugo comes to pick you up at your hotel. Hugo has always lived in the Tamarindo area and knows this mangrove perfectly. He takes only 8 people maximum per tour, so the animals are not frightened away. During this 2 hour boat trip inside the National Park of La Baula, you will observe howler monkeys, crocodiles and birds. One of the most attractive things about this tour is discovering this special eco-system. There are only five types of mangrove trees in the world, and Tamarindo mangroves is exceptionally rare because it has all five.
